Electric Quilt 7 Also Known As...EQ7

I am learning how to do Electric Quilt version 7 and it is so FUN!

EQ7.png I learn more everytime I open it up.  I designed my quilt that we are doing for my Beginning Quilt Class on it.  It not only gave me a visual picture of what the quilt would look like with the color placement, but it also kicked out a list of the amount of each fabric we would need to complete the quilt!  AWESOME!!!

It has the usual suspect blocks in there...Log Cabin, LA Moyne Star etc. - you can also design your own blocks as well as upload fabric into the program by scanning it on your computer/printer scanner!  As I said I am still working on it, more to follow!

I am planning to teach a "Beginner's/Introduction" class on it next week in the studio at Liz B. Quilting...the coolest thing is that they provide you with an instructor's CD to help teach the class!  When I learned about EQ7, I couldn't wait to get it in at the studio!  I am a dealer, so if you are interested you can look up the EQ7 Class on my website or you can come into the studio to play with it!  I sell them as well, so if you like it you can get one before you leave the studio!

I can't wait to try it again and design some more quilts!  I just wish I had more hours in a day.  I'll keep you posted!

Happy Quilting!
